These Terms & Conditions govern the working relationship between DRAGOCODES and its clients. By commissioning any service — including web development, UI/UX design, brand identity, backend engineering, or any other digital service offered by DRAGOCODES — you agree to be bound by the terms outlined on this page. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any project agreement.
DRAGOCODES is a digital engineering studio providing web development, brand identity, backend engineering, UI/UX design, CRM systems, and AI integration services. These terms apply to all projects and engagements undertaken by DRAGOCODES on behalf of a client.
By signing a project agreement, making a payment, or otherwise instructing DRAGOCODES to commence work, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms constitute the entire agreement between DRAGOCODES and the client unless otherwise stated in a separate written contract.
DRAGOCODES reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time a project agreement is signed will govern that engagement.
During the design phase, DRAGOCODES will present 2–3 distinct design concepts for the client to review. The client is expected to select one concept for approval before development begins.
Once a design concept is formally approved by the client, the overall design direction is considered final. Development will proceed based on the approved design.
Any major design changes requested after formal approval — including but not limited to layout restructuring, typographic overhauls, colour system changes, or significant visual redesigns — will be treated as additional scope and may incur extra charges at DRAGOCODES' standard rate.
Clients are strongly encouraged to request all desired design modifications and provide consolidated feedback before providing formal approval. Minor copy edits, small text changes, and content updates during development are generally accommodated without additional charge, at DRAGOCODES' discretion.
All projects operate on a two-stage payment structure. The following terms apply to all engagements unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate written contract:
If the final payment is not completed, the website will not be deployed to a live environment. Ownership of all design files, source code, and deliverables remains with DRAGOCODES until full payment has been received.
All invoices are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may delay the project timeline. DRAGOCODES reserves the right to pause active work on a project where payment obligations have not been met.
Payment methods and currency will be agreed upon at the start of each project.
DRAGOCODES provides website design, development, and deployment services only. The following are the sole responsibility of the client unless explicitly stated otherwise in the project agreement:
DRAGOCODES may assist with the technical setup and deployment process — including configuring DNS settings, deploying code to hosting environments, and connecting third-party services — but does not purchase, manage, or hold responsibility for any domains, hosting accounts, or external services on behalf of the client.
Any outages, performance issues, or failures arising from the client's hosting provider or domain registrar are outside the scope of DRAGOCODES' responsibility.
Following deployment of the completed project, DRAGOCODES provides two weeks of post-launch support at no additional charge. This support period covers:
The post-launch support period does not cover new feature requests, design changes, content updates, or additional modifications beyond the original project scope. These will be quoted and treated as a new or separate engagement.
After the two-week support window has closed, all ongoing maintenance, updates, and support are subject to DRAGOCODES' standard hourly or retainer rates. Clients who require ongoing support are encouraged to discuss a dedicated maintenance agreement at the start of the project.
DRAGOCODES reserves the right to display work completed for clients — including screenshots, live previews, design mockups, and case study content — in its online portfolio, website, social media channels, and marketing materials.
If a client requires that their project remain confidential and not be displayed publicly, this must be formally requested in writing and agreed upon before or during the project agreement. Any such confidentiality arrangement must be explicitly documented in the project contract.
DRAGOCODES will always respect legitimate confidentiality requests and will not disclose sensitive business information when presenting portfolio work.
Once a project agreement has been signed and the initial deposit payment has been received, the project is formally in progress. DRAGOCODES allocates time, resources, and team capacity based on confirmed engagements.
Projects cannot be cancelled midway once work has commenced. If a client chooses to withdraw from the project after work has begun, all payments made up to that point are non-refundable.
This policy reflects the time, planning, and resources that DRAGOCODES commits from the moment a project is confirmed. In the event of exceptional circumstances, DRAGOCODES may — at its sole discretion — agree to an alternative arrangement, but this is not guaranteed and must be agreed upon in writing.
DRAGOCODES also reserves the right to terminate an engagement if a client fails to provide necessary feedback, assets, or payments within a reasonable timeframe, or acts in a manner that makes the continuation of the project untenable. In such cases, all payments received will be retained by DRAGOCODES to cover work completed.
DRAGOCODES delivers its services with diligence, expertise, and care. However, the agency's liability is limited to the direct services it provides. DRAGOCODES is not responsible for losses, damages, or failures arising from:
In no event shall DRAGOCODES' total liability to a client exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific project to which the claim relates. DRAGOCODES shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
If you have questions, concerns, or requests related to these Terms & Conditions — or wish to discuss a specific clause before commencing a project — please reach out directly. We are committed to clear, transparent communication at every stage of the working relationship.
